Welcome to the Coachman's and Stable Cottages retaining the character and fabric of the original 19th Century stabling facilities whilst providing the comfort and convenience for a tranquil holiday in the unspoilt open tracts of Northumberland.
Situated 1/4 mile north of the village of Wark in the grounds surrounding the owner's Georgian Rectory. The village provides a post office/general store, a butcher three pubs and a doctor's surgery with dispensary. The cottages are surrounded by open countryside and share a small enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Please contact us for bookings and availability.


Coachman's Cottage
Coachman's provides the following accommodation and facilities: open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with stairs to first floor, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with toilet and basin, and shower over bath (restricted head height). Woodburning stove, electric central heating throughout, electricity and bed linen included. Fridge/freezer, microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer (shared use) in adjoining outhouse. Stable Cottage
Stable provides the following accommodation and facilities: open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with stairs to first floor, 1 double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with toilet and basin and shower over bath. Woodburning stove and flat screen freeview television, electric central heating throughout, electricity and bed linen included. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
